FAQ:Q1. CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE ORDER FOR LED LIGHT?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. WHAT ABOUT THE LEAD TIME?
A: Sample needs 1-3 days, bulk order production time needs 1-2 weeks
Q3. WHAT KIND OF CERTIFICATION DO YOU HAVE?
A: We have CE RoHS, FCC
Q4. HOW DO YOU SHIP THE GOODS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
A:Small order would be ship by International Expresses (3-7 days) or International logistics parcel (15-20 days). Bulk order would be ship by Airline (5-7 days airport to airport) and sea shipping (20-40 days port to port).
Q5. IS IT OK TO PRINT MY LOGO ON LED LIGHT PRODUCT？
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. HOW TO DEAL WITH THE FAULTY?
A:During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

02 Print your logo on item, your brand instruction and color box
03 HD Logo file, Model name, Website, Barcode need to be supplied
04 Estimated production time is 15-20 working days
OEM Progress01 Finish all artwork for different model
02 Resend artwork to dealers and confirm artwork without any mistake
03 Designer send all artwork to printing company and prepare sample
04 Sales department confirm sample and inform production line
05 Production line start to do mass production
1. Can you do OEM brand less than 1000pcs per model ?
2. Why OEM order have such long time for production ?
OEM order must do new BOM sheet ( around 3-7 days)
Raw material need to be purchased separately ( around 15 days)
Need to arrange new production line to proceed order individually
3. How do we solve the problem if there is mistake for OEM order? (for example,wrong printing)
We will check record in business and find out original mistake, compensation will be done depends on distinguishing responsibility
4. What can we do if order quantity is less than 1000pcs per model ?
Pay full cost for packing to us in one time(1000pcs packing cost)
Buy finished item less than 1000pcs ( for example 500pcs)
We keep brand packing in our stock, the rest packing can be used in further order
